How to work with Adding To or Subtract from an Editable Area

Step 1

First of all, you have to choose the Mask tool at the Mask tools fly-out and click one of the following.

1. Additive
   

2. Subtractive
   

3. XOR

Step 2

After that drag in the image to define the area that you want to add to or subtract from an editable area.
