How to apply a Uniform Fill

Step 1

First of all, you have to choose the Fill tool at the Fill tools fly-out and click the Edit Fill button to choose a color model from the Model list box.

Step 2;

Click a color in the visual selection area, and click OK. Then type a values for transparency, and the color similarity.
