How to flip an Image
Step 1
You can flip the image in the image window when you changed the orientation of image. Corel Photo Paint v10 allows you to create unique effects if you flip an image horizontal or vertical.
Step 2
Click the Image menu and select Flip, and the select either Flip Horizontally or Flip Vertically.

Ok... and how do I flip ONLY ONE layer-object? Because, when I flip the image of a layer, photo-paint flips also the other layer too. I try to lock the other layer, but photopaint DOES NOT lock layers!! The only solution I found is to turn the one layer-image "manually" (double click on the image and move to turn it.)
...I THINK I FOUND THE ANSWER....
Photopaint has 2 buttons for flip:
-Image> Flip (flips ALL the layers), and
-Object> Flip (flips ONLY THIS LAYER).
